Located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from downtown, parks, and shops, the home is designed for both short and extended stays, complete with in-suite laundry, modern amenities, and easy access to the city. • 3 well-sized bedrooms with cozy bedding (2 kings, 1 queen) • Two inviting living rooms with fireplaces and smart TVs • Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a large island • Dining area with skylights and seating for six • Private backyard patio and balcony with mountain views • Full bathrooms with bathtub and shower • In-suite washer and dryer for guest use Guests have private access to the main home, including the patio, balcony, kitchen, and laundry area. Please note: • A short stairway from the main floor is securely blocked, separating the space from a private lower-level suite that is not accessible to guests.
