Proximity to Stanley Park is it's biggest asset. Great views. Place is furnished with flatware and dishes, dish detergent included. Appliances are old-Frigidaire fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and stove oven. I only used microwave and fridge, and they worked. A bit sketchy on the cleanliness of hard surfaces but much of that can be remedied on the fly. Bed is comfortable- love the sheets- but for those with wool allergies, note that blanket is woolen.

Easy access to Stanley Park and Seawall. Spacious unit, but quite noisy due to proximity of both a major road and significant road work in a nearby street. Basic bed, minimal and some dysfunctional lighting detracted from comfort levels. Costly and not great value for money.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The location is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our suite was comfortable. I would not stay in another hotel in Vancouver--plan to return based in part on the great experience at the Lord Stanley Suites.

Small space but nice amenities & great location!
We were in Vancouver for one night before embarking on an Alaskan cruise. This hotel was in a very convenient location near the cruise ship terminal. We could walk to several nearby tourist attractions such as Lord Stanley Park (with its seawall path), as well as the harbor and tons of restaurants and shops. Our room was a mini (more like micro) apartment with a great view of the harbor. It was very tiny (quite a tight fit with 4 people and lots of luggage for our 2 week trip), but still suited our needs for the one night stay—it had a small kitchen and living area, a very small bedroom, a tiny glass-enclosed sunroom/balcony/porch, as well as laundry and an office/den area. We could hear the traffic as it was in a busy location, but we still had a decent night’s sleep and enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and had recommendations for us when we asked about local amenities. The apartment was super clean. The breakfast was adequate, but not stellar—typical hotel continental buffet. Overall, I’d say that we would stay here again in the future even though it was rather pricey (but almost everything in Vancouver is that way!)

The location was ideal for our purposes, near Stanley Park and restaurants. The en suite laundry was great. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view of the harbour and within quick walking distance to trails along the water. The room was very clean and we liked having the kitchen. The lights weren’t working in the kitchen though and we asked to have fixed but they never came. Also asked for extra towels several times but had to finally go to front desk to get them. The continental breakfast was very disappointing. Only pastries and other carbs but no fresh fruit or healthy options . Overall loved location most of all!

Such great staff!! Continental breakfast is great , rooms are small but have everything you need.Lots of wonderful places to eat in the area , cab service is quick and inexpensive. Wonderful stay coming back !

Bed was bowed and uncomfortable. Suite was sooo small for the $$$. Bedroom was about 8 x 8. We will PASS on this hotel on our next trip to Vancouver. We felt it was WAYYYY overpriced.

This place was great and very nicely located by Stanley Park as well as close to everything else. The view from my room was amazing and I really enjoyed my stay here. Nice little gym but since it was such a great location and fabulous weather running in Stanley Park was amazing.

The location is excellent!!! It is right across from Stanley Park and within 2-3 blocks are bicycle rentals, Star Bucks, Safeway, Whole Foods and various other ethnic restaurants. Also, very close to public transit.

The location was very good, quiet and lovely neighborhood near Stanley park. Near to many restaurants and shops. A simple complementary breakfast was a plus. The room offered so many amenities I could ever ask for. However, the housekeeper was very unfriendly, she came at 9 am but we're still sleeping (it's Sunday). I asked her to come back later she said 'no' and we had to stay the second night without either cleaning or towels changing or empty the garbage.
