We were in Vancouver for one night before embarking on an Alaskan cruise. This hotel was in a very convenient location near the cruise ship terminal. We could walk to several nearby tourist attractions such as Lord Stanley Park (with its seawall path), as well as the harbor and tons of restaurants and shops. Our room was a mini (more
like micro) apartment with a great view of the harbor. It was very tiny (quite a tight fit with 4 people and lots of luggage for our 2 week trip), but still suited our needs for the one night stay—it had a small kitchen and living area, a very small bedroom, a tiny glass-enclosed sunroom/balcony/porch, as well as laundry and an office/den area. We could hear the traffic as it was in a busy location, but we still had a decent night’s sleep and enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and had recommendations for us when we asked about local amenities. The apartment was super clean. The breakfast was adequate, but not stellar—typical hotel continental buffet. Overall, I’d say that we would stay here again in the future even though it was rather pricey (but almost everything in Vancouver is that way!)
