"Our first night (only a single night before our cruise), was a bit disappointing when I compared our room to the pictures on the website. I brought this up to the staff and asked if I could get a room much higher. I did have to pay an additional $50 per night when we returned from our cruise but the cost was worth it. Our second stay was such a beautiful room, with a great view, it looked exactly as expected from the website.
The staff were so friendly and accomodating, our room on both stays was ready withing 30 minutes of us arriving onsite (by 0800 in the morning). The belhops were outgoing and wanting to assist us with our baggage; most other hotels I have stayed at, the belhops wait for you to ask or point to the luggage trolly.
Unfortunately with everything going on I cannot remember everyones name but the young staffer that called me on the phone and checked us in is such a wonderful and personal person to have at the desk and she really made our visit wonderful; My wife and I only remember that her name started with an M, she was young, pretty, and she had light brown hair with highlights."
