"Two markets and a pharmacy across the street made getting snacks and basic needs easily accessible. Several coffee shops and breweries less than a 10 minute walk away. Conviently close to attractions in downtown Vancouver at a budget friendly price. Frequent buses at the door step made going into downtown anytime with only a 10 or 15 minute bus ride or rideshare."

"Our reserved room was not ready when we arrived (earlier than official check-in time) but we were offered another. We took advantage of the Happy Hour menu and enjoyed our meal and a beverage on the patio. All good."

"Property needs some upgrades such as their pos atm , some repairs and paint touch ups around the property. Staff are nice and polite. Cleaning staff only came to provide new towels but not make the beds but we were only there for three days so not the end of the world. I think you might need to let front desk know that you are away for the day so staff can go reset the rooms. They have Moxies and shark club so food and their staff were great and helpful. The hotel is in a good area . Close to the skytrain. Overall, I would stay there again."
