  • Welcome to this private entry affordable 4 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms typical old Vancouver bungalow style house in central Burnaby, 5 minutes to Metrotown, with 24 hour hot water supply, free laundry and wifi. This is for the entire house. Some places marked entire home usually only one floor and there are other guests on other floors.

    Bus route 146, 147, 116, 100 are close by, Patterson Skytrain Station is about 20 min walking.

    Free street parking and driveway parking.

    All Bedroom: 1.5m queen size bed, bedding including pillows & bedding, desk & chair etc.

    NO Parties. NO Smoking.

    ***Note: This is a typical Old Vancouver wood-frame house and conditions aren't perfect. If these are your concerns, this listing may not be the best fit for you.
