The kitchen is more than adequate for preparing meals. The best part of this house is the huge fenced backyard and the mid 20th century architecture. This house was a perfect spot for our large family! The location is fantastic - close to the freeway, grocery store, and gas station. Although the home does not have central air conditioning, there were three portable units which were essential and cooled the entire home really well! The driveway is very steep. I’m glad we drove the car because my truck would not have fit under the carport and would have had to park on the street which wouldn’t be ideal. If you have any mobility issues this property is not a good fit given the steep climb and the bathrooms are very small. It met our needs and for the price was adequate.
