Very cheerful, quiet and nice room (North-facing) share a bath with another room at second floor. Just 5 minutes walk to bus stops (#10 directly to downtown or Skytrain Marine Station easy & fast access to YVR, Outlets, or Vancouver Downtown) and shopping & eating nearby. Very convenient by car to YVR (just 10 minutes), UBC (15 minutes), Downtown (20 minutes). Hi-speed Wifi, street parking, laundry, full kitchen all available and free.
