Pls properly sort & dispose of garbage and recycling in the garbage room (located in the underground parking, upper right from parkade entrance; fob required). $20 CAD fee for improper disposal.
Return Fob and Lock Door: after driving out of the parkade, return the fob to the kitchen island. Close the front door firmly and press the X mark.
Please kindly turn off all lights, heating, and AC before checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place to stay, walkable to the train station, great cafe, and beautiful park! Yiming was very accommodating and made our check-in/arrive process very simple and easy!
