The biggest issue is the smell. I understand it’s an old building, so it has that typical old, musty smell. The room has only one window, and the AC unit is installed in it, so very little natural light comes in. On top of that, the room smells like weed smoke coming through one of the vents.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom first 3 nights then moved to a 1 bedroom with balcony for 2 nights. Both rooms were clean but furniture was worn, torn and couch in 1 room had disgusting stains. In the 2 bedroom we did use a rollaway also which was the most uncomfortable rollaway I’ve ever slept on by far. For the most part the staff was very nice! Really liked the housekeeper Ana, the front desk check-in ; even though had small mishaps and the restaurant staff were all incredibly friendly but my call with the concierge on the first day of my check-in was beyond rude. I can easily say that I will not be staying here again!

"Loved the hotel but was disappointed that the bar was hardly open. Both after dinner and during the afternoon. The scent when we walked in was magical and made me feel like I was walking into a spa. Downside was the alarm testing on Sunday morning early after a late night out but it has to be done ..."
