Quality construction, facilities, furnishings. Electronic door locks problematic. Changed the first room because it lacked sufficient closet room, this request was honored promptly and enthusiastically. The facility is located on the main street with occasionally congested vehicle traffic. Dining and breakfast well above expectations.

Despite a rough start not getting my paid room on my first day, the staff managed to change that after the first night. The location was great and even has a grocery store across the street. Close to lots of shopping and food places. I could even find food at 2 am within 2-3 blocks. The staff was impressive. I was especially taken by Omer who provided me with great details when I asked for help at the first desk. His answers were honest and informative. Staff like that are a great attraction and I would stay there just for him.

The hotel itself was amazing. It’s located minutes from shops and restaurants. It was very clean. However, I didn’t like the staff as they are not that welcoming. There were no welcoming information or any maps of the city provided. If you asked any question about local attractions they get upset. Also, no one even spoke English. The staff needs to be trained in customer service.

Nice Hotel in downtown with terrible servic
Reception personnel seems to be always overloaded and they pay little or not attention to guests. They do not know how to treat guests they are mostly rude and unpolite, they do not give information they give instructions and orders. I tried to buy something in their gift shop nobody was there available for 2 days. For checking in, after a long waiting without paying attention to me they told me to come back later because there were no clean rooms available, when I returned they had a room but it was not the type of room I had booked so they wanted me to go away again and return later. 2 days in a row I asked for pillows and never got them. They reserved a driver for me to make a tour but next day the driver was not there and nobody knew who they called or what to do. I wanted to make changes to my reservation and they told me to do it through my travel agency so I called the agency when the agency tried to contact them they said nobody was there to make any decision until next day, when I check out, next day, still nobody was there to make decisions.......

Received a room upgrade. Polite and friendly sales manager. Updated and comfortable rooms. The Air Condition, however, was not working. The hotel has a Turkish Bath and swimming pool. Wide spread for breakfast.

Nice hotel, very close to attractions.
Checking in was easy, rooms were clean but small. We could have a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good with both national and local recipes. The highchair for our daughter was very dirty...

Good option for Van.
Excellent location for exploring Van area. Easy to find the hotel and a small car park adjacent. Wonderful spa (when the television wasn't blaring in the background) and great breakfast.

Good offering in central Van
Very central hotel for visiting Van. Has a lovely sauna and the breakfast has a wide variety of offerings. Adjacent car park is small, so you leave your key with the concierge in case they have to move your car. Mastering the room air conditioning controls requires a degree in mechanical engineering. :-)

İdare eder
Otel merkezi konumda, otopark ile ilgili daha önce bilgilendirme yapılmadı ve otelin önünde vale de yoktu ,aracımı caddeye bırakıp içeri girip sormak zorunda kaldım, yan tarafta tabelası vs bulunmayan küçük çakıllı bir açık alana araç parkediyorsunuz. Check inde resepsiyonda bulunan görevli rezervasyonun kahvaltı hariç olduğunu söyledi fakat kahvaltı dahildi yanlış bilgilendirildim. Kahvaltı vasatti. Sıcak çeşitleri yok denecek kadar azdi. Omlet dahi yoktu. Sigara içilmeyen oda isteğimi özellikle belirtmiştim fakat bulunduğum katta gece sigara kokusu odama doldu. Duman sensörleri çalışıyor mu emin değilim. Odam temiz ve bakımlıydi. Sigara içilmeyen odaydi. Spa masaj hizmeti de veriyor , aromaterapi güzeldi fakat müşterilerin karma olmasi hoşuma gitmedi. Yağmurlu bir gündü şemsiye talebim oldu 7-8 tan olduğu ve ellerinde şemsiye kalmadığı söylendi. Yatak kapasitesi bu kadar fazla ve geceliği yüksek ücretli bir otele bu yaklaşım yakışmadı. Eksileri sigara dumanı , resepsiyonda çalışanların yanlış bilgilendirmesi , otopark hizmetinin yetersizliği, belli saatten sonra sauna hamam kısmının karma olmasi, kahvaltının çeşit anlaminda yetersiz olmasi. Artıları otelin temiz olması, merkezde olması, gürültü problemi olmaması, çalışanlarin kibar olması.

Güzel konum, temiz odalar, konforlu yataklar. Başarılı bir spa hizmeti. Neler daha iyi olabilir; otopark için görevliyi bulamaz iseniz park yerinin kapalı olması. SPA da şok duşta kovaların çalışmaması.

Otelde dakikalarca asansor kuyrugu bekliyoruz. Kahvaltısı kötü. Oda temizlik hizmeti sunan kişiler sabahın 8 inde siz kapıyı açıncaya kadar kapıyı çalıyor ve çok kabalar. Otel konum olarak gürültülü konumda. Odalar ve banyolar eskimiş.
