"Excellent service, very accommodating for a late (post-midnight) check in. The in-house restaurant served a fabulous breakfast and dinner, featuring on-site dairy products. Room was a bit stuffy and airless at night, lacked good internal ventilation. We had to keep the window open, despite it being the height of winter. "

"Very nice hotel with good restaurant! All was great except staff not speaking English and lack of WiFi. They say they speak English, but it is not true, so you will have to explain with fingers and hands, but it is not really a problem. For WiFi, impossible to connect or no signal even if you are located close to the router. Apart from those minuses, the place is great! Nice scenery, nature and location. "I only stayed 1 night however I am happy that I selected this hotel. Clean and comfortable hotel..Food at restaurant was quite good, Shuttle to ski was very quick. I lost my airpods at cable car station and they helped me to find it and send it back. Very helpful stuff. I recommend this hotel."

"Perfect location right in the heart of the activity. Lots of shops and restaurants at your finger tips. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. Free parking...slightly off site but near by, just park and take your bags in first and then park otherwise a bit of a hike. I am writing this before breakfast buffet but I am sure it is nice, restaurant...

"Lovely hotel in Bormio, 5 mins walk from the centre of the town. Huge swimming pool and spa with great views of the mountains. Breakfast and dinner were great. Bruno at the bar is fantastic. "

Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the restaurant staff were perfect. We did the spa and massage and the facilities were amazing.
