In the north of Vaucluse, in the heart of the Drôme Provençale, this beautiful renovated country house will offer you peace and comfort to spend excellent holidays throughout the year. Located in the countryside on a dead end, just 2 km from the city center of Valréas and 300 m from a food store, this is a detached house of 200 m2 in the middle of a large fenced and wooded land with a private unheated swimming pool of 9m by 5m with diving board and a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2 m, open from May 1 to October 1. It consists of: On the ground floor A large unheated veranda of 25 m2. A fully equipped kitchen. A large living-dining room with 2 sofas, a large screen TV (107 cm), a DVD player, internet access. A toilet. A bathroom with washing machine. A bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200. A freezer and an additional refrigerator are at your disposal in the garage attached to the house. On the 1st floor A bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200. One bedroom with two 90 x 200 twin beds. The two bedrooms open onto a balcony and a terrace with summer lounge. A bathroom with WC. 2nd floor A dovecote with two twin beds of 90 x 200. A television. Outside A stone barbecue on the terrace adjoining the veranda. A swimming pool available only to tenants with shower, relax, benches, swing, garden furniture and shaded corners. A toilet. A large fully fenced park to ensure your tranquility and possibly that of your animals. 4 bikes are at your disposal free of charge. You can park your vehicles safely inside the property. Terms of payment and reservations The prices displayed are negotiable in the case of direct contact before booking For early bookings (more than 6 months in advance) and of at least one week, we grant a reduction of 5% on the displayed price The first 3 weeks of August are not affected by this device. For long stays (more than a week) we also apply discounts (100 € for 2 weeks). From June to September and for school holidays, we prefer to rent by the week. The rest of the year we can also rent for short stays (2 nights minimum). The deposit is 25% of the rent to be paid on booking. The deposit is 1000 €. Optional options Sheets: 15 € per bed. Towels: € 5 per person. End-of-stay cleaning: € 120 (if the option is not chosen, the house must be left on your departure, in the same state of cleanliness as on your arrival). The house was nice and spacious. The garden was really big and closed which was nice with our dogs and kids, also the pool was perfect and clean. The place is in beautiful surroundings of wine fields but also at walking distance of supermarket and village with restaurants. The contact with the owner was pleasant and clear. Le jardin est très grand, joliment fleuri aux abords de la maison avec une grande partie en pelouse permettant de jouer, entièrement clôturé (pratique avec notre chien) et sans aucun voisin. Depuis la terrasse a l’étage, nous avions une vue splendide sur des champs de vigne et de lavande à perte de vue, C’était magnifique. Le charme de cette maison réside dans cette impression d’être au bout du monde, en combinant le côté hyper pratique d’un Intermarché à moins de 1km. Le petit village de Valreas situé à qques kilomètres est mignon et propose un petit marché provençal 2 fois par semaine. Les propriétaires étaient adorables et disponibles. La maison devait être luxueuse dans les années 80, elle a un peu vieillit, mais les photos de l’annonce sont tout à fait fidèles à la réalité. Merci pour ce beau séjour ! ##### olivier v. La proximité avec divers sites (Vaison, Grignan, la ferme aux crocodiles...) ainsi que des supermarchés est un vrai plus pour cette maison. Très spacieuse, elle a tout ce qu'il faut pour des adultes, mais est plus compliquée pour plusieurs enfants qui doivent faire la sieste en journée s'ils ne dorment pas dans la même chambre (notamment parce qu'il n'y a pas de volets à 1 chambre et au pigeonnier), mais ça n'a nécessité qu'une petite organisation de notre part. Un vrai plus : le matériel bébé à disposition (lit + chaises hautes) ! La piscine était parfaite, ainsi que la véranda qui a été la pièce la plus utilisée. Mais il est juste dommage que les stores ne puissent pas être descendus, ce qui baisserait un peu la température en pleine journée. Le fils des propriétaires était très dispo à chacune de nos demandes et très discret lorsqu'il est passé pour l'entretien de la piscine. Un tout grand merci aussi pour les ventilateurs dans chaque chambre ! Le 2e frigo dans le garage est également un vrai plus ! Le fait de pouvoir garer plusieurs voitures est aussi très pratique. Un accueil très chaleureux et de bon conseils sur les sites à visiter et les bons restaurants. Les coins ombragés près de la piscine sont parfaits pour les repas en plein air et les moments de repos. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffer mais au mois d'avril il est quand même rare de pouvoir se baigner .
