You'll appreciate its prime location, air conditioning in the bedroom, and two terraces for making the most of sunny days. Ground floor: A living room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.) A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet Two terraces accessible from the living room, one with private parking Upstairs: A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), wall-mounted air conditioning, and a wardrobe.
