La demoiselle nous a dit qu elle avait un etat des lieux sortant et que si quelque chose ne fonctionnait pas nous avions jusqu a lundi pour ramener notre propre etat des lieux. Elle a refusé de nous donner l etat des lieux sortant. Ma mere et mon oncle ont 80 et 79 ans, ils sont ages et cela a ete complique pour eux de se debrouiller avec ce fonctionnement. De plus il est compliqué d etre sur qu on ne va pas nous garder la caution pour un pb anterieur a notre sejour. Ce fut le seul point negatif de cette location. ##### helene o.
