- Nestled in the heart of the Charbonnières hamlet, just 950 m from the center of Valloire and its shops, this residence invites you to enjoy a peaceful stay with open views of the surrounding peaks. The south-facing apartment features a 6 m² bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, and a bright 16.5 m² living room with a pull-out sofa (2 x 90 cm), accommodating up to 4 guests. Beds are supplied with duvets.
Enjoy an 8 m² south-facing balcony with a table and two chairs, plus a private outdoor parking space. Electric heating, ski locker, and elevator are included. Just 160 m away, the Edelweiss building gives you free access to the swimming pool, with a sauna and laundry available for an extra fee. Table tennis, billiards, and a shared garden are also available.
In winter: 1 km from the Crêt de la Brive cable car and ski schools, with the "Lutins" slope 50 m away depending on snow. Free shuttle 160 m away. In summer: 1.3 km to the leisure center with pool, ice rink, and wellness area. Tennis court less than 15 minutes’ walk.
