"The rooftop pool was closed for a private event. Bidet remote was missing. No room to sit in the shade by the pool. There aren't enough seats or shade. 3rd floor terrace was closed the whole time so there was no place to sit and enjoy the view. Expensive breakfast for a mediocre buffet."
