The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :)

Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine.
Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault.
Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.

We are senior citizens so the electronic entry system via an app was a challenge but with help we got it to work. The property advertises itself as a Hen and Stag Party venue but that never appeared as part of the information on the Hotels.com website or we wouldn't have bookrd it!
Given that this was their business model I'm not surprised that the place wasn't as clean as my wife would have liked and it was very noisy on the Saturday night.
On the plus side, it was warm and the beds were comfortable. It was ideally situated in the heart of Liverpool city centre so we found we were able to get to everywhere we wanted to walk to very quickly.
I paid through Hotels.com but was charged extra afterwards for various fees which I did not like but I was stuck with the booking by then.

"We were surprised to find that guests have to pay an additional fee for parking. The building is quite old, so the ventilation wasn’t great and the room felt quite stuffy.
