one bedroom and living room would be for the guests. The bedroom is attached bath. The living room has a:
1. Love seat
2. Comfortable 3-seater sofa cum bed
3. Coffee maker
4. Toaster
5. Fridge
6. Microwave Oven
7. Sink for dishwashing if needed
8. Two dining chairs with counter top for enjoying your meals,
9. Extra blankets/comforters, a bedsheet, and pillows to make your stay comforting and peaceful.
The space
Basement(occupied by me)
Main Floor has two portions each having 2 bed rooms a bathroom and living room.
Second portion one bedroom(attached bath) along with living room is for my VRBO guests.

1. Bedroom(attached bath)
2. Living Room.
Other things to note
No pets
No Smoking
No Drinking
No Drugs
No Loud Communication or Phone conversation in Living Room area after 10pm, You most welcome to have Heavy Conversation in your Bedroom
After 10pm Living Room area only be used for sleeping
