"The proximity of this property to Veritas Vineyards is why we first chose it. But I would choose it again and again if I was visiting the area. The house was well organized, stocked and beautifully decorated. Temperature in the house was easy to control and my whole party was comfortable throughout our stay. Our hosts were super helpful with clear written instructions and recommendations. I needed access to the house after check out on our last day and the hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating. This home was a 10/10!!!"

"We stayed at Brookville Manor for our daughter’s wedding. 11 of us stayed comfortably. We especially liked how well the kitchen was stocked for cooking and eating for that number of people. The space was lovely and comfortable too. "

"This was my favorite place to stay out of 4 of my 9 day long trip. It was beautiful, peaceful and the staff was friendly, helpful and they all seemed to love their jobs. "Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve ever had with a rental property. Lindsey went above and beyond to accommodate and make our time at Lewis Catherine House memorable. Property is close to Charlottesville, breweries, Greenwood Grocery, Crozet, UVA, and more— but why leave when you can relax in a rocking chair on the front porch with a cup of coffee watching the cows across the street, watching the stars twinkle by the fire pit, or look out across the back of the property from the all-glass garage door of the “party barn”?! "We loved our 2 night stay at this absolutely perfect property ! The place was decorated so tastefully and was immaculate and clean. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were modern and updated. The shower had great water pressure and we especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the lovely screened in porch. Perfect location for wineries and breweries and a short drive to Charlottesville/UVA. We will definitely return and highly recommend! "

"Quiet, Peaceful, absolutely beautiful setting. We stayed in Earth room. If you can envision days gone by where a family lived in one room and stories were told by the fire- this is a modern day version. We loved that all of us were together versus siloed in separate rooms. We also thoroughly enjoyed the gardens and trails around the property. There are many places to sit and connect with nature. "
