Spacious 2BR\2BA home nestled in the ponderosa pines
10/10 Excellent
"The Nutt House is our favorite place to stay! The location is ideal, away from most of the noise and traffic yet close enough to most everything! We’ve had elk, deer and wild horses graze in the back area, hummingbirds in the morning are a treat to watch as we sit out on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee, the trees and view are so satisfying and relaxing. The house is well laid out, even though the main bedroom is downstairs (good exercise for my knees!) the kitchen is well stocked, even has a few extras (coffee, spices, sugar, sweetener) just in case you forgot to bring something, I appreciate the laundry room for quick cleaning! The host is exceptional in communicating, and the house is spotless and always feels fresh and clean. So we try to make sure we leave it that way when we leave."
"Great stay! Clean room and good breakfast. Only downside was the “business center” amenity which consists of a desk in the lobby with a computer and printer. Which is sufficient sometimes but not a business center in my opinion."
"Everything was excellent! The only reason I think it should have 4 stars is due to the mattress in the master. It was so uncomfortable so we slept awful. I woke up the second day with hip and knee pain. The third night I slept on the couch. Again, everything else was great, but the mattress made the trip a little painful."
"Bathroom was small. Great water pressure and no issues with hot water. Next door to small cafe and there is a great pizza place within walking distance"
"We enjoyed our stay in Ruidoso over the 4th of July weekend. The property is very nice, clean and has all the amenities you need. Our dogs enjoyed exploring the open area in front of the cabin. The furniture covers for dogs and the toys and bowls were a nice touch. We would definitely return!"
