Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.

i had a nice trip at aka, the only thing i would say is when i checked in the staff didnt explain how the parking or where to park and we are out of towners so it was confusing and also they didnt explain hotel key worked and that was needed it for the elevator. My boyfriend and i had to ask another guest how it worked after we already got trapped onto the elevator. the pool was very nice and the amenities were beautiful. The only other thing i would say negative is that the pictures of my room before booking showed the other side of the hotel with the city when we arrived we were on the complete opposite side without the view that the photos showed. overall, we had a very nice time. Thank you for having us.
