The hotel was above a Starbucks cafe, there is a small reception desk just inside Starbucks, if not manned let the Starbucks people know you want to check-in & they will contact the hotel receptionist. The room was a good size with comfortable bed an pillows, bathroom was modem a reasonable size with good water pressure. The hotel was very clean, with good airconditioning. The location was good close to the bus depot and central to attractions, with restaurants near by. Overall a good stay. The staff were good, had to leave early morning, a breakfast pack was prepared for me.

The hotel was ideally placed for exploring Valletta and although on a busy street, the hotel room was quiet at night. The room was clean and tidy and staff were available to help if needed, I wasn’t sure if this would be the case with there being no reception area but there was always someone around. It was nice to have different options for breakfast including Starbucks and a nearby cafe in a lovely location.

Great location, right in the heart of Valletta. Excellent service; the staff who dealt with us went above and beyond. We had the breakfast from Starbucks, which was both fresh and good value for money. Really have nothing but good things to say about this hotel - a lucky find.

This was a perfectly situated hotel for those wanting to be in the heart of all things in Vetta Malta. The property is located inside of a Starbucks, which at first was a little bit confusing, but was really an added bonus because of their friendly staff availability of coffee and food and drinks, and a hotel Guest discount of 10%. Highly recommended would stay here again.

The location is amazing - one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. We rarely interacted with any of the staff, as there is no front desk/lobby as the ground floor is Starbucks. If you need anything, (luggage storage, questions answered, etc), you need to ask a Starbucks' employee for help.

It was difficult to find initially and we were followed into the lift by pickpockets which would be avoided if there was a reception. However, the staff did help in reporting this. The location was so central with excellent access to the centre of Valletta. The room was comfortable and well apportitioned with fridge, microwave and kitchen all clean and fully operational, even had an ice tray. Sofas and bed were super comfy and the AC was great. Highlight was sitting in the balcony watching the hustle of the city go by late at night.

Nice hotel. Clean. Desk isn’t manned most of the time so be prepared to phone or WhatsApp for someone. Quite difficult to find, you need to go into Starbucks to find it. Good size and space. All key codes rather than key cards which was nice, no risk of losing the card. My room had a small window with no view, so didn’t provide a lot of natural light. Overall would stay again, nice hotel and good location
