Cottage in a typical Ardèche stone house, in a quiet environment, planted with chestnut trees and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the valley.

Rental of 70 m2 with 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, for 4 to 5 people fully equipped:
- Electric and / or wood heating (stove)
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- Ceramic hobs, microwave oven, grill oven, fridge
- Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue
- TV, Wifi
- Private garden with trees
- Car park

The cottage does not provide sheets or towels, remember to provide (2 beds 140 and 1 bed 90).

Ideally located, it offers the possibility of numerous hikes from the gîte.
It is 2 minutes from the river, 5 minutes from the spa town of Vals-les-Bains (with its thermal treatments, its Olympic swimming pool, its Sunday morning market, its Casino), 15 minutes from the village of Jean Ferrat (Antraigues sur Volane).
But also close to the Ardéchoise mountain (Mont Gerbier de rush, the Ray Pic waterfall, Issarles lake, Mont Mézenc, Saint Martial lake…), and the Vallon pont d'Arc tourist site (with its Chauvet cave, its Pont d'Arc, its canyoning and caving activities).

The little extra offering the gîte:
- private chestnut grove offering the possibility of picking your chestnuts yourself to make a pan
- animals may be accepted subject to certain reservations
- optional cleaning (50 € if you wish it to be done by a third party)
- possibility to rent sheets and towels at an additional cost of € 30 per stay.
