(521 reviews) The baths and spa were great and our kids and us had an amazing time floating in the lazy river, going down the water slides, and enjoying the grass park area. The hotel was ok. We stayed in one of the family apartments and I think I’d have actually preferred to stay in the actual hotel. First of all our check in wasn’t till 4p when Expedia said 3p and that was frustrating. And then once we got into the unit we got a whopping 1 cup of coffee which wasn’t great. I think we’d go back here but change some things next time. (204 reviews) The staff at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and very nice. There were two large tiles missing in the shower so that keeps it from being five stars. The location is very convenient in the cemtral part of town and a short walk from the train station. The tradeoff is that it can be loud into the early hours of the morning on Friday and Saturday nights as people going out to local bars congregate by the hotel. It’s just something to be aware of but I would still recommend the hotel.
