Imagine a captivating getaway in the form of a private lookout tower, perched exclusively on a scenic hilltop. Surrounded by the Sierra Foothills and 360 views, this secluded retreat offers a unique opportunity to indulge in serene solitude and breathtaking vistas. The absence of light pollution is perfect for admiring and capturing the Milky Way.

    A gated entrance leads up to the top of the hill, where your private getaway awaits you. You will have access to the entire 3 story home which welcomes up to 6 guests. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the top floor can host 4 more people with a sofa bed and futon. The home has two bathrooms and a full size kitchen and dining area.

    Enjoy the sunset on the 3rd story deck and watch the stars in complete darkness. You may encounter wildlife such as deer, quails, pheasants, and even the local cows! Take a walk or drive down to the private pond and fish for big bass and crappie (barbless hooks only please). We even have live worms to increase your chances and snagging a PB bass!
