Really enjoyed our stay at Senator Gandia. The hotel staff was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was great. They even had gluten free bread for my husband upon request.

Good location , Hotel needs an update including lobby, bar and restaurant. Hotel price are very expensive for Hotel quality.

Good hotel but I wouldn't say it's worth such a high rating. The main door has no seal so you can hear everything on the corridor but also at night the light on the corridor turn in when someone is passing and instantly lights the hotel room too because of the spacing around the door. Breakfast was ok but repetitive since it's not buffet. Bathroom also not sealed so all the steam goes in the room. Staff was helpful with things when asked.

Great location, space and terrace. Beds could be comfier.

The room was a claustrophobic box. No outdoor access, just a frosted window that overlooked the middle part to the building. I wasn't expecting much, but seriously, this was bad. The bed was rock hard, as well as the pillows. I got 0 sleep the 2 nights. The room had peeling wallpaper, stains and broken light switches. The bathroom was old and worn. They make you leave the key each time you leave. We noticed that the purpose is to save $$ and shut off the AC once you walk out. We returned to our room after a 6 hour outdoor excursion to find the AC DISCONNECTED. After 15 minutes of sweating trying to turn it on, I went down to the FD for help and heard them discussing which rooms were turned off. Seriously? They came up and got it working by going into everyone elses room on the floor (using the master key) and checking. Their explanation, which was untrue was that our neighbors has their AC set to heat and were controlling ours. Seriously? It is SUMMER. I tried to interrupt and say it made no sense but couldn't get a word in. Unacceptable. For breakfast you must reserve a time slot the night before and provide room # when you get to the "breakfast space". All they had was coffee, bread, prepackaged pastries, boxed juice and milk. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I don't know how they have good ratings. See my pictures.
