"The property is literally right next to the water. It is also within walking distance of the beaches, shops, market, and train station. Our hosts were amazing. Ramón and Carlos worked together to ensure that my family had a wonderful vacation. We originally booked Carlos's apartment but when he discovered that they would be renovating the exterior during our stay he suggested that we stay at Ramón's. Carlos made sure that the transition went smoothly. Ramón took great care of us. He quickly answered any questions we had and provided useful advice on our excursions. Most importantly, he was just a really nice person."

"The pictures offer an accurate depiction of this house. The views are amazing and the pool area is very relaxing. As described, I would not suggest this house for peopler with mobility challenges or small children as there are many stairs and floors to this home. Only item to plan for is there are only a few "starter" toiletries, paper supplies or soap. This may be customary in Spain but required us to purchase many items that only came in quantities larger than we needed. Property Mgr was very responsive to my inquiries and resolved issues quickly. It is a perfect house for couples looking to hang out."

"The staff was awesome…. Whoever I communicated with via email was absolutely terrific. Answered everything perfectly and very promptly. Juan, who checked us into the apartment was more than helpful – – he even drove to find us when we could not locate the address. We do have a few things that we were not pleased with….. the fact that it was not mentioned that there is a railroad track behind the apartment that operates on every 20 minute basis except between midnight and 5 o’clock in the morning. we also felt that one roll of toilet paper for two people for six nights was really not at all adequate and we didn’t feel it was our obligation to provide our own toilet paper. We also felt the shower could have been more cared for…..caulking was put on the rim of the tub covered in mold. Was mold also on the shower walls. Cooking items could be refreshed. The location was very close to a Carrefour market but one needs a car to stay there. But again…staff was excellent! "

"Overall we had a great holiday at House Nirvana. The views are spectacular, the villa is bright, airy & clean & is well appointed with everything we needed for a fun group holiday. Communication with Christian to book the villa & with Eric and his team while we were there, was easy & efficient. The area was great - we know Sitges well and didn’t have a car. We were able to walk from the villa into town in about 25 minutes cutting down the steps. The villa is actually two flats, which wasn’t a problem in itself, and actually has some advantages as the soundproofing between the flats is excellent so worked well for our party with some who liked to go to bed earlier and others who liked to stay up late making noise! However all of the pictures on the listing are of the top flat. The second flat is considerable less luxurious and would benefit from a bit of maintenance. For example the bathroom door had no handle or lock, the door handle of the larger bedroom, was lose and came off a few times, in the bathroom the paint around the door and the shower area had flaked away leaving the bare wood. Nothing that would spoil a holiday, but not quite what was expected when paying the price for this house - it’s not a cheap option. There is a real disparity between the two flats with the top flat being luxurious and the lower flat being OK, but nowhere near the same standard of accommodation. Maybe some pictures of this accommodation would have made the listing more accurate."
