This lovely, bright two-room apartment of 50m² with a beautiful 20m² terrace and sea view is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a residence in a residential area. It is composed of: \- Bright living room with sofa bed opening onto a beautiful 20m² terrace \- Bedroom with 160cm wide double bed \- Separate fully equipped kitchen \- Bathroom with bathtub \- 1 separate toilet \- WiFi \- Air conditioning \- 1 private garage in the residence for one car (included in the price) Ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the heart of Golfe-Juan, close to all shops, restaurants, etc. The beach is only 1.3 kilometers (15 minutes' walk) away, and the train station is 1 kilometer away.
