THE APARTMENT This magnificent apartment features the following arrangements: \- A sober and elegant decoration to offer a “like at home” atmosphere rather than a “like at the hotel” feeling. \- A spacious air-conditioned living room, with large bay windows opening to the terrace with a sea view. Furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a smart TV. \- The terrace, facing South, with an outdoor dining table for 4 people. \- An upscale open-floor kitchen, with everything you will need including a dining area for 4 people as well. \- An air-conditioned bedroom with a king size bed, very comfortable bedding and a large closet/dressing, as well as access to the terrace with sea view. \- An Italian-style shower room and a sink topped with a trendy anti-condensation LED lights mirror. \- Separate toilets, for added convenience. GETTING TO THE PROPERTY Access to the property is within 9 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car from the Vallauris/Golfe-Juan train station. It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport. You have your own car? An underground enclosed parking spot on the property is included in the rental. Need a transfer? WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD After a few steps, you can leisurely walk down to the beaches of Golfe-Juan via a passage that we will indicate to you. Within a few minutes walking distance, you will be able to enjoy the following activities: \- Reach the center of the town of Golfe-Juan, with its restaurants and shops for your daily needs. \- Stroll along the harbor and either admire the luxury yachts or rent a boat for a day at the sea. \- Take a sea shuttle ride, or rent a boat yourself, to go explore the magnificent Lerins islands and enjoy their turquoise waters and picturesque views. Within a few minutes by car, you can reach the following points of interest: \- The many famous beaches in Cannes. \- The iconic Croisette Boulevard, for a stroll along the waterfront between luxury boutiques, palace hotels and fine-sand beaches. \- Downtown Cannes, to do some upscale shopping along the trendy Rue d’Antibes or Rue Hoche, or explore the medieval Le Suquet district. \- The city of Antibes to discover its old part of town, its harbor and its famous Cap d’Antibes seafront. To make your life easier: Ask us what you would need during your stay: a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a reservation at a gourmet restaurant... We have a Concierge Service that can answer your most rational and practical requests. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION A few onsite parking spots for visitors are available. An enclosed parking space is included in the rental. Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…) Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible). Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM. Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee. After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
