Ce magnifique 2P de 49 m2 est situé dans la résidence du Grand Palais, au 7ème étage avec ascenseur et climatisé.  
L'appartement décoré avec des matériaux de qualités et de goûts est tout équipé afin de vous permettre de séjourner en toute tranquillité.  
Il est composé : D'un beau séjour/salle à manger avec canapé convertible et d'une cuisine ouverte et équipée (ATTENTION, le four présent sur les photo est simplement décoratif, il ne fonctionne pas, la cuisine est équipée d'un Micro-onde Grill), d'une chambre avec placards, d'une salle de douche et son WC indépendant.  
Le balcon et sa superbe vue mer panoramique vous attendent afin de profiter de la côte d'Azur.

L'appartement entier vous est accessible afin de profiter pleinement de votre séjour ici.  
  
INFORMATION MENAGE :  
Le ménage est inclus gratuitement et comprend le ménage d'après séjour ainsi que la location du linge de lit et de bain par une blanchisserie professionnelle que nous offrons également.   
Une serviette de bain par personne est comprise.   
Nous fournissons aussi des kits d'accueil pour vos premiers instants de voyage (non pour tout le séjour comme à l'hotel) à savoir : papier wc, sopalin, liquide vaisselle, pastille lave-linge et vaisselle (si équipé), sac poubelle, produits pour le sol, torchon de cuisine...  
  
ATTENTION : Nous nous réservons le droit de vous facturer une prestations de ménage si vous ne respectez pas l'appartement (poubelles sorties, vaisselle faite et rangée, respect des tissus, sols et mobiliers, respect des sanitaires...)

Le grand Palais est un bâtiment magnifique, reconnu est juste en face le port de Golfe Juan.  
Les boutiques souvenirs, les plages bien sûr, les jolies balades sur le port.  
Il y en a pour tous les goûts, visuels et pour ceux qui aiment un bon repas ou tout simplement se balader....  
Vous trouverez de nombreux bars/pubs anglais tout autour du port et de nombreux restaurants...  
  
Juan les pins est à 5 min en voiture.   
Cannes est à 15 min.   
Nice à 25 min.   
Pour Monaco et la frontière Italienne, compter 1h par l'autoroute.

Il y a plusieurs parkings autour pour stationner. Vous pouvez télécharger l’application OPnGO afin de réserver facilement votre stationnement :  
1\. Parking du Théâtre de la mer : Avenue des frères Roustan.  
2\. Parking du Vieux port : Avenue des frères Roustan.
