"Nice Alpine hotel. Comfortable rooms . Excellent service at the reception. The staff at the reception go the length to help u out to ur every need. Although There is one particular male staff member who needs to get his act straight. He is in the restaurant. I dont want to mention what ihave been through, but i have to say, he is a black mark on the entire hotel. I preferred not to dine in hotel the second day only because of the experience i have faced. The food was good. Its the whole experienc and service i have been through is still shocking for this 5 star hotel. He certainly doesnt deserve to work here and certainly the customer doesnt need to be put through such racist experience after paying 5 star price at a 5 star hotel. Other than this unfortunate staff member at the restaurant, everything else was good. The spa was very relaxed and the staff was very polite and helpful there. "

"Great chalet for our large family group 13 good communal area well equipped kitchen fantastic views. Oz itself we found to be a super friendly resort with lovely welcoming people."

"We stayed one night at “ Mon Hotel a Gap” on our way to South of France. The hotel is centrally located in the beautiful town of Gap surrounded by snow covered mountains. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious with large bathroom and large sitting area. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was adequate We will definitely recommend it"

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. The food (both breakfast and dinner) was very good. The most satisfying things were : pontillas gondola very close to the hotel and the possibility to go by ski because the end of a red slope is right next to the ski room (super easy to ride) And a nice discount to rent ski equipment. We will be back !"

"The apartment is OK for a couple but is tired and outdated. Only the living room heater works. The bathroom and bedroom heaters didn't work and it was very cold after having a shower. There was also a non-working smoke alarm in a drawer. The bed was comfortable and the location near the slopes and ski bus stop was excellent. There are three restaurants nearby and the two next to the slopes were far better than the Google reviews gave them credit for. However, it's a good 20 minute walk to get to the centre of town. The view from the balcony would be great but there's a residence under construction March 2024 right opposite. If you ignore that, it did get afternoon sun on the balcony till dusk."

"A well presented hotel in a convenient location - about three minutes walk to Les Bergers ski area. The hotel is clean and the rooms are pleasant. The bar area is nice to relax in and the staff are great, especially Alicia. "

"Very comfortable for 2 people with great mountain views. Very helpful reception lady who kindly helped us with issue concerning linen which VRBO said was included but was apparently not ordered for us. A very comfortable stay."
