Galicia Rias Bajas. Ideal for families. Exempt house, in semi-urban core, in Galicia. It consists of ground floor, floor and storage room with 230 ms2\. useful and garden with thousand square meters. Traditional stonework, prior to 1900, later renovated and expanded, preserving characteristic elements (ex. Chimney) of the Galician rural. In the renovation current materials have been used in the windows, gallery and exterior doors and the elements of chestnut wood in better condition were preserved. On the ground floor there is a 55ms room. and a reception space in front of the main door. It has four rooms, on the first floor, with a total of 5 beds (two of 1.35 x 1.90, two of 0.90 x 1.90 and a pull-out bed). It can accommodate up to 7 people. Excellent communications Located between the Rias Altas and the Rias Bajas, it allows easy access to any of them thanks to its location. It has public transport (buses) and rail. Close to Santiago de Compostela (26 kms.), Padrón (5 kms. And Vilagarcía de Arousa (18 kms.). It is popularly known as CASA da ESCOLA because it served that function for several years. At the foot of the road to Santiago by the Coast and Portuguese. Ideal for families. Walks in rural and agrarian area next to the Ulla River. La equipación la mejor que he visto en una casa rural. Extra de mantas, almohadas,menaje como en tu propia casa. Te deja champú, jabón, jabón de lavadora,suavizante, especias,sal,aceite y de detalle de bienvenida una botella de vino. Se nota que el propietario está pendiente de la casa porque no le falta detalle. Muy bien situada para hacer turismo. La única pega, la carretera pasa justo delante y por las mañanas en las habitaciones se escuchan coches, si tienes buen dormir no es un problema,todo lo positivo hace que eso sea una minucia.
