Welcome to our cottage located in the heart of the regional park of Scarpe and Scheldt. You will be housed in the old barn of a farmhouse dating from the early twentieth century, also serving as a workshop, totally renovated with taste and passion. The cottage is independent on two levels.
On a surface of approximately 100m ² of house, you will benefit from a stay, a kitchen, a buanderie and toilets on the ground floor; a bathroom (with toilet) and two rooms on the first floor served by a landing overlooking the Lecelloise countryside. This cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob and all amenities. There is also internet access and a TV.
You will benefit from a closed garden full south, with living room of garden and barbecue, as well as a privatory place of parking on the ground closed by an automatic portal.
Surfaces of rooms: a living room and a kitchen of 18 m² each, two rooms of 18 m² each with a bed of 160 in the first and the second, a bed of 140 and another of 90. You will also have the possibility of having at your disposal a cot on request.
In addition to a central heating, a wood stove is installed in the living room, allowing to heat if you wish this cottage high performance insulation.
