It looks modern, is taken care of, is spacious. The location is great - transport and shops are near; almost half way between the beach and the city centre (closet to the former) by metro. I got know the neighbours, who were very friendly and helpful. The owner and the person who welcomed us were also lovely and helpful, and made themselves available would I have needed them (which I didn't at the end). Good location in Ayora, just two blocks from the Metro station (lines 5&7), 10 minute walk from El Corte Ingles, Aqua mall and Turia park, 20 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was well equipped and the beds comfortable. The main downside was the lack of central heat. Mid-January to mid-February was cold and you could only heat by a space heater.
