Very well located 60m² cozy apartment. It has a small balcony that will make this space a much brighter and more comfortable place, since you can enjoy it throughout the year. It has a modern décor contrasting the light tones of the walls with the dark ones of the comfortable furniture. It has a bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower.  
  
Thanks to the good location of this apartment, you will be able to enjoy its wide commercial and leisure office, and of its cultural part of the historic centre of Valencia. Most of its streets have kept its original structure, so you will immerse in the authentic Valencia.  
  
Very close to the apartment you will find the Jardines del Turia, the old river bed with more than 9km in length. It is considered the lungs of the city, as it constitutes a true green space that runs the city from east to west, from the City of Arts and Sciences to Bioparc. Also, the historic centre of the city is located 10 minutes’ walk away from this property.
