Cosy apartment with nice balcony & near to historic centre

Great apartment for 2/4 that has a lovely balcony and is 300m from the Market and the city’s historic centre.All the amenties you expect and near to shops, bars and restaurants.Contact with the property agent was great - friendly and helpful.

Tolle Wohnung in sehr zentraler und dennoch sehr ruhiger Lage. Fantastische Dachterrasse mit Markise! Leider fehlt eine Spülmaschine. Dafür gibt es 2 Waschmaschinen, eigentlich überflüssig… Guter Kontakt zur Vermittlungsfirma Singular Stays! Spülmaschine wäre toll

Geweldig appartement op een top locatie!

Een heerlijk appartement op een top locatie. Het dakterras is echt een pareltje, je bent middenin het oude centrum maar het is zo lekker rustig. Echt een aanrader! De airconditioning werkt wel maar niet helemaal optimaal. Dat is echt het enige wat ik kan bedenken.

Tolle Lage und Terrasse, komplizierte Abwicklung

Lage und Terrasse sind unschlagbar, wobei im Sommer ohne Sonnenschirm draußen schwierig sein dürfte. Innen ist okay, ernüchternd ist allerdings das sogenannte zweite Bad, das stinkt und so gut wie unbrauchbar ist. Ärgerlich war aber vor allem die Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe. Man bekommt die Adresse und Code nur nachdem man über einen Link, den man erst am Vortag der Anreise zugeschickt bekommt, alles bezahlt hat. wir waren bereits unterwegs und der Link ist im Spam gelandet. Wir müssten erst selbst mehrfach nach der Schlüsselübergabe nachfragen und dann kam plötzlich, dass wir es nicht kriegen, weil wir nicht bezahlt hätten. das alles eine halbe Stunde vor dem Zug nach Valencia. Stress pur. Sie hätten uns auch hofflich von selbst kontaktieren können. Abgesehen davon, dass FeWo direkt den Eindruck erweckt, wir hätten schon eine Anzahlung geleistet, was nicht der Fall war

Perfekte Lage zur Altstadt von Valencia (Consum & Metro) + Entspannung 100% in ruhiger Lage

Der Style + Ausstattung der Wohnung, die Terrasse und vor allem die perfekte Lage haben uns super gefallen ! Die Betreuung durch das Team (vor allem Viktor bei Buchung u Carlos danach) sind sehr gut und freundlich ! Muchas Gracias !!! Der Service des Reiningungs-Teams ist verbesserungswürdig. Bei 9 Nächten hatten wir die neuen Handtücher (u Bettwäsche) nach 5 Nächten erbeten, allerdings kamen die Handtücher nach 2 maliger Aufforderung erst nach 7 Nächten. Bettwäsche reichte für 9 Nächte vollkommen aus. Toilettenpapier ist für 3 Personen zu knapp gewesen.

Excellent stay!

We loved our stay in Valencia,the apartment was an excellent choice! It is perfectly situated, very calm and bright, the terrace is the highlight of it!! We enjoyed every moment spent at this Singularstays location, we would definitely go back! We really felt like being home away from home and after long days of walking it was a real blessing to come back and chill on the wonderful terrace, in such a peaceful apartment. Thank you for providing such a special holiday accommodation!

Buen apartamento

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, es una zona tranquila donde no hay mucho jaleo pero que a 10 minutos andando te plantas en el centro de Valencia. El apartamento está implecable y la terraza es impresionante. En verano tiene que ser una pasada. Pedimos una cuna y, aunque finalmente no la necesitamos, no estaba en el apartamento.
