Prettige, centrale en veilige lokatie. Bakker aan overkant van de straat en supermarkt op vijf minuten lopen. Volgens beschrijving is er een oven, maar deze blijkt niet aanwezig te zijn, wel een magnetron. Toegang douchecabine is onhandig. Appartement is gehorig.
