Die Dachterrasse ist genial. Parken ist schwierig-das nächste Parkhaus ist 12 min fussläufig entfernt. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sieht optisch gut aus, weisst jedoch Mängel auf. Das Bad ist sehr einfach und nach unserem Empfinden etwas schmuddelig. We received conflicting information on how to pay from different emails. We almost cancelled because we weren’t sure we even had a reservation. The problem with canceling is that most other Valencia properties are also run by Singular Stays. The floor and counter were dirty when we arrived. The unit is not as bright and airy as it is in the pictures. The area was quiet except that the front door rattled against the frame whenever the main entry door was opened. That became loud at night. The sliding door on the second floor had no locking mechanism, and could easily have been accessed at any time by the neighbors in the unit next door. That felt unsafe for both for person and property. The bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was good. ##### Tree K. That's about all I could say about it. I am positive that the fact that it's located on the fourth floor of steep stairs without an elevator was omitted from the description.
