Hostal is situated in the center of the city, in walking distance to many attractions. There is a bus stop (bus 32) that will take you to the beach around the corner. The staff is extremely helpful!

Did not enjoy my stay
On the description it says there will be free wifi and free parking, but there was no parking at all. As I was driving from the UK in my own car, it was very important for there to be parking available at the hotel we were staying at. This was the main reason I booked thia place. However there was no parking. The description given about the place was very misleading. Moreover, when we got there the person at the reception was very rude and so I did not enoy my stay at this place at all. We relocated to another hotel the very next day.

location perfect, right in the old quarter
We were given a warm welcome - owner like a friendly 'uncle'. the location is superb, right in the old town. Accommodation very basic but scrupulously clean - and all we wanted was somewhere to sleep as there was so much to do outside.

Nice hostel in centre of town
This hostel was an awesome find. The rooms are all private so it was very much like a hotel except for the shared toilets. Each room has its own shower though. It was very clean and comfortable. The best highlight was the host, he always had a smile on his face and made our day pretty much every time we came home. would definitely stay again.

Please avoid if you can
I reached Valencia at 4 AM and checkin mentioned was 8 AM. So i booked this. I called hotel for early checkin, he said all rooms are full. So i waited in bus stop. I reached hotel at 7:45 AM, shocking he said room is not available till 9 and he doesn't even lets us in. We call Expedia and waited outside in cold. After Expedia intervention, we were in and came to know room was available. We haven't seen anyone leaving hotel, so room was available and still he made us to wait in cold. Even if rooms isn't available you let guest wait in reception not at road. Breakfast : Don't eat in hotel, it is just coffee and bread. Also bread were some days old as they were so hard. Heating : After multiple request, he started in evening at 6 PM. But when we woke up in morning at 6 AM, it was off again. Rooms also need renovation, but that i can understand considering hotel price. Only good thing this hotel has is location.

Basic,not luxurious,but reasonable place to stay l
One member of staff was significantly more friendly than the other. The hotel was a little shabby,and doors shutting was quite noticeable in evening.but it was quiet by bedtime,and a fairly good stay,if a little over my normal budget

guy running the hostal is super nice. i don't speak spanish and he doesn't speak in english but it doesn't matter. you'll perfectly feel at home. bonus that it's near the train station, shopping area, the sights

bien pour visiter le centre ville de Valencia
tout était très correct, chambre très central et propre, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, la pension Universal ou il faut récuperer la clé pour l'hostal Moratin est ouvert jusqu'à minuit et non pas jusqu'à 23h00.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen kurzen Valencia-Trip. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein - mitten im Stadtzentrum bzw. eine Gehminute vom Plaza Ayuntamiento und Metrostation Colon in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Zimmer hatte sogar eine kleine Dusche und wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Für ein Hostal wirklich sehr gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist fehlendes WLAN im Zimmer. Wir würden das Hostal wieder buchen.

Tolle Lage
Das Hostal befindet sich in einer super Lage im Stadtzentrum. Es war alles sauber und auf Wunsch gab es spontan auch ein landestypisches Frühstück. Während unserer Anwesenheit war es kalt und sehr regnerisch. Leider wurde nicht geheizt oder uns ein Heizgerät zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich denke, wir würden es wieder buchen.

Freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer mit Bad und Toilette erhalten, Stadtplan usw.... für den Preis eine tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für kurztrips.

Péssimo,Não devia permitir reserva pelo site
Hostal sem a mínima condição, espaço compartilhado com outras pessoas da região como pensão, quarto e banheiro cubículo, sistema de aquecimento não funcionou, elevador estragado com 5 lances de escada estreita e íngreme para subir. Péssima experiência e relação custo beneficio. Na minha reserva constava estacionamento incluído o que não se concretizou com custo extra alto. Não deveria estar disponível para reservas. Compromete a confiabilidade do site.

Grande surpresa seus comentários, passos estreitos é um dos nossos orgulho, temos uma grande escadaria de luxo, o elevador foi de 4 horas que devem ser tomadas a partir do primeiro andar por intervalo de porta (4 horas) estacionamento gratuito não aparece em qualquer página, pagamento 24 horas 20 €, eu sinceramente acho que Vds estão comentando sobre sua má experiência em outros lugares. Nada do que ele diz é verdade com relação ao Hostal Moratin

Nice Hostel, perfect Location
The hostel was a Little hard to find, as there was no caption on the outside of the building and the staff was a Little unfriendly sometimes. But otherwise it is a hostel that I would recommend (besides of the missing air condition). Very good cost-benefit Ratio!

Fue desagradable que esperase una habitacion con baño, decirme que estaban ocupadas y por información de otros usuarios tener conocimiento de que no disponían de ninguna habitación con baño.... todas eran sin baño dentro
