The accommodation has a comfortable double bed, a sofa facing a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle and all the necessary utensils for cooking during your stay. It also has a complete bathroom with a shower, designed to offer maximum comfort.

The property is on the ground floor with direct street access, which facilitates entry and exit without stairs or elevator. Its location on Carrer de Berni i Català 24, in Valencia, allows you to enjoy a quiet area with good connections to the rest of the city, making it an excellent option to discover Valencia comfortably.

Guests have full access to the studio, located on the ground floor, which makes entry and exit comfortable.

The host is available to guests via phone and email, ensuring a quick response to any question or need during your stay.

The accommodation is located in the Benicalap neighborhood, a quiet and authentic residential area that allows you to discover the most local Valencia without sacrificing excellent connections to the rest of the city. In the surroundings you will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, shops and all the services needed for a comfortable stay.

Benicalap has excellent public transport connections, with several bus lines and nearby tram and metro stops that allow you to easily reach the historic center, the North Station, the City of Arts and Sciences and Valencia's beaches in just a few minutes. Additionally, road access is quick and convenient for those traveling by car.

At a short distance you can also visit Benicalap Park, one of the city's main green spaces, perfect for walking or exercising. Its location makes this accommodation an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers looking for a quiet, well-connected stay with easy access to Valencia's main points of interest.

Beniferri metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, connecting to Valencia's center and other key areas. Several bus lines also pass nearby, providing convenient mobility options.

Automatic check-in with smart lock. You will need a phone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in can be requested). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

We offer basic items for your first days: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dish soap and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linens during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the accommodation if available. If our team detects evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to apply a minimum fine of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy will apply to public services, with a limit of €80.
