Located in front of the Turia Garden, the great green lung of Valencia. Just 2 minutes walk from the metro, with direct connection to the centre, beaches and airport. Additionally, it has nearby free public parking, subject to availability (Parking Alcàsser). From the third person onwards, a supplement of €25 per night per additional guest is applied. We charge a pet fee of €20 per day -minimum €100 per stay- to cover cleaning and additional care (maximum 2 pets per stay). We request a refundable deposit of €250, please remember that you are responsible for any damage your pet may cause during the stay. Additionally, in the event that your pet disturbs other guests, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the terraces. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a surcharge of €150\. We have a cot and a high chair, subject to availability, with an additional cost of €29 and €10 respectively. We do not accept groups of people under 25 years old.
