It is an ideal accommodation for families and groups in a 7-apartment building, so there are no crowds. The Flats Friends Tetuan apartment has a warm decor with exposed brick walls. It is prepared to accommodate groups of up to 6 people with a double bed in one room, a bunk bed in the other room and a double sofa bed in the living room. Cotton sheets and towels are included in the price, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic). The apartment is located near the Plaza de Tetuán in Valencia, in a quiet, little trafficked street parallel to La Paz street. It is 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Calle Colón, commercial area par excellence of the city. It is perfectly connected to numerous bus and metro lines and there is a supermarket 25 meters away. The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building.
