Great Stay

We stayed a month and found the apartment to be well equipped and the location fantastic. We could walk or ride to everywhere we wanted. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. We will definitely stay there again!

Der Aufenthalt in unserem Flats Friends apartment war genau, wie erhofft, sehr schön, sauber und verfügt über genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Den Empfang habe ich als überaus freundlich wahrgenommen, das lag vielleicht auch daran, dass an der Rezeption neben Spanisch auch fließend Englisch gesprochen wird. Zudem muss man erwähnen, dass es trotz unserer zentralen Lage in Valencia, kaum bis gar keinen Lärm gab, wodurch die nächtliche Ruhe voll und ganz garantiert war.

Super host and apartment

The host and the apartment were super and nothing was negative (even mattress I found a bit hard, my wife loved...so there you go...). Only negative, some "ladies of the night" are walking the street where the apartments are but to be fair they are not "flaunting their charms" so it is easy to ignore them and go about your business. Apart from that everything is perfect and location super central.

Moderno, cómodo (excepto el sofá cama) y a buen precio. la comunicación por Whatsapp con los trabajadores genial. El apartamento tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días, desayunando (todos los días) e incluso haciendo alguna comida o cena. La posibilidad del parking es genial, muy códoda para llevarte el coche. El sofá cama muy incómodo. Le haría falta un colchón más grueso, ya que el que se facilita no impide que se te claven los hierros. En ese sofá es imposible que duerman dos personas. Menos mal que fuimos 4.

Buena relación calidad precio

El apartamento está muy bien por dentro, decoración, tamaño, ... Las zonas comunes también son agradables. La ubicación es muy buena si es lo que quieres es estar en el centro de Valencia. No necesitas el coche para pasear por la zona turística del centro, sí para la cuidad de las artes y la playa. Como negativo, los colchones son un poco duros, sobre todo el sofá cama. Tienes que tener en cuenta que en algunas calles cercanas por la noche hay algo de prostitucion, pero no tuvimos sensación de miedo, aunque creo q es útil conocerlo. Con todo, la estancia en el apartamento ha merecido mucho la pena y lo considero muy recomendable.

Todo Limitar las horas de lavadora y secadora para que coincidan con las de descanso de los vecinos. Esto se debe a que en el apartamento donde estábamos, estaba pared con pared con el cuarto de las lavadoras, y, cuando alguien las utilizaba, era imposible dormir.
