It had everything we needed for the month of our stay. I really liked the location as it was away from the noise of tourists but easily walkable to places to visit or to take metro and bus to further places. Apartment is if a good size and well equipped. As facing north, is a bit cold, but has gas heaters which helps although Valencia was pretty warm when we were there. Well equipped kitchen although we only used the kettle for tea etc., preferring to dine out in the many easily accessible cafes and restaurants. Well located, short/medium walks to most parts of central Valencia (we walk a lot) including the Market Square, Cathedral and the Turia park (which we also walked the length of). It would have been a full five stars for the property except for being woken at 7.30ish on the four weekday mornings we were there by the building work taking place next door - hopefully, this will have finished by the time next year's season starts!
