Plenty of room and seating for everyone. However, upon arrival apartment had strong cat litter, maybe sewer smell. We were told renovation in another apt caused broken pipe. In addition, we began seeing ants in kitchen and living room after first day-perhaps the heat and drought outside. Although management company was quickly responsive, they offered no remediation.
