Happy stay amongst the orange groves
Homely and just perfect for us and our two spaniels. within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and shops yet private and wonderfully restful. The owners are delightful. Nothing was too much trouble and their kindness to us made our stay very special. The metro is 5 minutes away so going in to the city is very easy - you can just pop in for a few hours or go off for the day.. the city is quite beautiful with a wonderful ‘cafe society’ feel. We love it and hope to go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as did the dogs!
We enjoyed our stay enormously at Casa Emma. The accommodation is first rate and could not have been better. In addition being pet friendly the Casa offers a good sized, secure garden with several comfortable seating areas and a delightful patio. The location is peaceful and relaxing and not overlooked by other properties. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to offer advice and suggestions throughout our stay. The added bonus was a nearby dog friendly beach, not far from the marina with a choice of small, excellent restaurants available for lunch. We would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Emma to anyone who enjoys a relaxing holiday, in pleasant surroundings with clean and spacious accommodation

A stay in orange groves
We needed a property where we could leave our vehicle safely and travel into Valencia by public transport - you can walk from here to either the Metro or station in about 20 mins. Luis was very helpful and accommodating as we turned up a bit earlier than planned and he booked us into a typical Spanish restaurant a short drive away on our last day. You can visit the sea from here too, only a short drive away.

A terrific spot
Walking distance to mainline station (Barcelona-Valencia) or Valencia Metro so easy and regular access to the city Set in quiet location but walkable to two local towns (Lidl etc) You couldn’t ask for a more helpful, accessible or better English speaking owner Will certainly go back again to this fresh and delightfully presented property

Casa Emma was lovely. Clean, private and welcoming. Olympic sized swimming pool c. 7 minutes walk away. Village of Albuixech was lovely. Very short of places to eat! Mainly tapas. We would strongly recommend El Respiro (www.elrespiro22.com) in the village for lunch and tapas. Best of all, if you have small kids, is the playroom. Great big room with glass walls where the kids have a ball and you can have your lunch whilst watching them. Enjoy.

The property was in first class condition in a superb quiet location which in is only 15 minutes from the heart of Valencia. The owners were very informative and readily available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful house
The house is in a beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful, but only 15 minutes walk to a metro station with easy access to Valencia city centre. The house is nicely decorated and is very well equipped, with everything you can need for a nice holiday. Highly recommended.

Nice quiet spot near Valencia
The house is set on a small, quiet road although there are lots of other busier roads in the area. It was very pleasant staying there and our bedroom was OK as was our bathroom. The interior was very spacious for just the two of us with a good kitchen area and a comfortable sitting room all open plan although we struggled to get much in English on the TV. The garden gave us plenty of privacy and we enjoyed sitting out there. The resident cat was delightful and always came for her breakfast at the right time each day. A nice place for a holiday with some good restaurants in the area offering excellent and well priced lunchtime menus.

In your review you mention you struggled to get much English TV. However we do have all the Free View to Air channels. All the BBC, IT,V Channel Four and dozen of more English TV stations. I can´t understand how you did not get them. It´s a shame you never told me about that, I would have happily rushed to the house to see why you could not view them. Anyway we really appreciate you having taken the time to write about Ca Emma and we do hope to see you again in the future.

Sehr angehmer Aufenthalt, alles sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen. Luis hat uns Fahrräder organisiert. Valencia, Strände, Metro, Lidl,... waren somit gut erreichbar. Wir hatten kein Auto nötig.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil
Ein wirklich sehr schönes Ferienhaus, wir haben uns die knapp zwei Wochen unseres Urlaubs super wohl gefühlt. Alles nötige vorhanden, alles funktionierte inkl. WLAN und Internet die ganze Zeit problemlos, super Infos und Restaurant-Tipps von Luis (unser klarer Favorit: Ca Xoret). Die drei Fahrräder haben wir gleich mit gemietet, die für kleinere Erkundungstouren bzw. regelmäßig zur Fahrt zur Metro-Station in Albalat dels Sorells (ca. 5 Minuten) sehr praktisch waren. Valencia erreicht man mit Auto oder Metro in gut 25 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad ist man schon mit rund 45 Minuten dabei. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt und würden das Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Espectacular
La casa de Luis y Natalie es una maravilla. Rodeada de huertos de verduras y naranjos repletos de fruta, puedes disfrutar del jardin de la casa,(cuidado hasta el minimo detalle por Luis) y trasladarte por unos instantes al paraíso. La casa es grande, cómoda, luminosa y tiene todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar. Además esta totalmente reformada de hace muy poco tiempo con un gusto exquisito. La playa se encuentra a poco minutos en coche y Valencia ciudad a 15 min. Volveré seguro. Volví a Madrid renovada!! Gracias Luis! Eres un encanto!!!

Sehr schönes Haus / Very beautiful house
English below... Der Kontakt war sehr gut und freundlich (Luis spricht gut Englisch). Wir wurden rechtzeitig auf alles hingewiesen. Während dem Aufenthalt wurden alle Fragen auch direkt beantwortet - mit guten Tipps, was man wo machen kann. Das Haus befindet sich kurz vorm Ortseingang von Mahuella. Alle 10-15 Minuten kommt mal ein Auto vorbei gefahren. Es ist also ruhig. Trotzdem ist man zu Fuß schnell im Dorf bzw. im Nachbarort. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten bei Lidl oder Family Cash Supermärkten. Anbindung nach Valencia per Metro oder auch per Rad ist prima. Vor dem Haus ist ein schöner schattiger Platz (den ganzen Tag über) mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Tischen. Dort lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten. Das Haus sieht innen noch besser aus als auf den Bildern hier. Wohnzimmer- und Küchenbereich sind schön groß und freundlich eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Internet, TV, Netflix, Kühltruhe, etc. - alles vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage in zwei der drei Schlafzimmer war viel wert bei der Hitze. Es stehen viele Informationen zu Ausflugszielen, Restaurants, nächstem Strand, etc. in den zwei Mappen zur Verfügung. Hier sind die Wege zu den wichtigsten Zielen eingezeichnet - eine sehr gute Hilfe um sich schnell zurecht zu finden. Beim WLAN-Passwort sollte man mal nachforschen, was es damit auf sich hat. Wir haben unseren Urlaub jedenfalls sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Sehr empfehlenswert! ENGLISH Contact was very good and friendly (Luis speaks English well). Everything was pointed out to us in time. During our stay all questions had been answered directly - with good tips what to do in the area. The house is located just before town entrance of Mahuella. Every 10-15 minutes a car passes by. It's a quiet place. You can get to the village or the next town on foot quickly. Supermarkets can be reached within 5 minutes by car. Travelling to Valencia via Metro or via bike is no problem. In front of the house there's a nice shady place (the whole day) with lots of sitting accommodations and two tables. You can sit there and relax for a long time. The house looks better on the inside than on the pictures here. Living room and kitchen are big and friendly. Nothing was lacking. Internet, TV, Netflix, Freezer, etc - everything was there. Air condition in two of the three bedrooms was worth a lot in the heat. You should research what the WiFi-Password is about. We enjoyed our holidays a lot at Ca Emma and highly recommend it!

Villa magnifique et accueil très sympathique du proprietaire
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa Ca Emma. Nous avons été accueilli par Luis qui nous a donné toutes les explications nécessaires pour passer un très bon séjour. Des petites attentions comme des boissons disponibles ont été très appréciées par tous. Les photos ne rendent pas justice à la maison qui est bien plus jolie en réalité. L’environnement calme au milieux des orangers est magnifique. Tout est propre et neuf. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs à nos demandes et la réservation fut très facile. Un grand merci à Nathalie et Luis. Si nous revenons dans la région ce sera sans hésiter que nous reviendrons chez vous.

Casa perfecta para disfrutar entre amigos y familia.
Hemos ido a pasar 5 días a CaEmma tres familias y hemos disfrutado muchísimo la casa. Consta de tres habitaciones con un baño completo cada una, una amplia cocina y gran salon-comedor. Cuenta con un gran jardín y mesa con barbacoa para disfrutar del buen tiempo. En resumen, un lugar excelente. Luis es encantador y muy servicial. Hemos quedado sumamente satisfechos y, de hecho, volveremos.

empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in jeder Hinsicht
Ein sehr sauberes, mit Liebe zum Detail renoviertes, modernes, gemütliches und lichtdurchflutetes Haus mit sehr schönem liebevoll angelegtem Garten. Das Haus bietet viel Platz für 6 Personen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants liegen in der Nähe. Die nächste Metro nach Valencia ist per Auto in 5 min per Fahrrad in 10 min erreichbar. Valencia ist über einen gut ausgebauten Fahrradweg mit dem Fahrrad in ca 35 Minuten erreichbar, mit dem Auto entsprechend schneller. Zum schönen Sandstrand kann man ebenfalls mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Es waren für uns 4 Fahrräder vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und antworten auf jede Frage zügig. Sie sind auf Sonderwünsche unsererseits auf besondere Weise eingegangen - herzlichen Dank dafür. Wir kommen gerne im Mai wieder.

Entspannung pur
Wir haben unseren 13 tg Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Gebäude ist neu renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage mitten in den Mandarinenfeldern ist ausgesprochen ruhig und lädt zum abendlichen Wandern ein. Den notwendigen Mietwagen konnten wir sicher auf dem Grundstück abstellen und konnten mit diesem alle notwendigen täglichen Besorgungen schnell erledigen, so dass viel Zeit für den eigentlichen Urlaub übrig blieb. Der Service des Vermieters war sehr gut und sehr freundlich. Mit seinen Erklärungen haben wir auf Anhieb alle notwendigen Dinge (Einkauf, Internet, Strand, Restaurants) erledigen und erreichen.

Fantastisch vakantiehuis dichtbij Valencia
We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in het prachtige huis van de gastvrije en zeer behulpzame eigenaren, Luis en Nathalie. We voelden ons meteen thuis in dit royale en recent zeer smaakvol gerenoveerd verblijf. Het huis is van alle denkbare comfort voorzien inclusief een grote keuken met alle gewenste apparatuur. Iedere slaapkamer heeft een eigen ruime badkamer en daardoor veel privacy voor eenieder. Ook de bijbehorende grote tuin en de fruitbomen en groenten mochten we naar believen gebruiken. Een absoluut pluspunt is ook de locatie. (Valencia 8 km en strand 3 km en supermarkten in de buurt ) Wel is een auto aan te raden gezien de ligging in het buitengebied. Kortom een absolute aanrader voor gezinnen, maar ook voor vriendengroepen. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Maison très agréable, au calme
Cette maison est idéalement située pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Valencia et ses environs tout en étant au calme à la campagne au milieu des orangers et d'un champ de chouffa 😁. La maison est très bien rénovée et très spacieuse Les propriétaires sont très soucieux du bon déroulement du séjour.
