Nice overall

The staff is super friendly. The room is spacious but smells a bit funny. The air-con is very nice and cool. Some other guests can be a bit noisy at night.

Nice time in Valencia

very friendly reception in Valencia. We have been there for the half marathon. The receptionist gave us already the print outs how to travel best to the fair and the start. Extra plus. They gave us a bed for our dog.. Restaurants nearby, but not the best area of Valencia Very good communication with the owner upfront!

Check in was a mess. Put in all the traveller details ahead of time using the website, but then still had to use the kiosk at the front entrance to put in all the info, AGAIN. After a lengthy process at the kiosk, the screen read “please retrieve your key” . . . and literally nothing else happened. Don’t know if the machine was supposed to spit out a key, or a key card, or even a piece of paper with number on it, but literally nothing happened. A few minutes later a cleaning lady happened to come out, but she wasn’t able to help. After standing around listless for 10 minutes, the front desk employee came walking by from his lunch break and took me to the office to get a key. Don’t know what we would have done late at night or with nobody around.

The hotel was great but in the middle of the night there was a smell of cigarette smoke coming through my door that woke me up. Also we were right by the entrance so it was very loud with people coming and going. I don't know if they had construction happening but I was also woken up by the sounds of hammering. Overall not the worst stay the bed was comfortable and the room itself was great. Just those few things which impacted the stay.. I would stay again even with those things happening

The reception is not open 24/7, but the property provides a WhatsApp number and they respond quickly and kindly, even to requests made in the days leading up to your arrival. What I missed in the room—something I usually expect—was a minibar to keep drinks cool at night. Also, there was no wardrobe, only a clothes rack, and the closets didn’t close completely; they seemed more decorative than functional. The location is excellent, with several bus stops nearby, and there are some nice cafés close to the apartments for breakfast. Rooms are cleaned every morning. There is air conditioning.

trzeba przyznać, że hotel jest bardzo czysty, pokój bardzo duży i przestronny, trochę ciemny, bo małe okna wychodzą na wewnętrzną wysoką klatkę, więc światła jest bardzo mało. samodzielny check-in wygodny i prosty, cena też korzystna. fajna okolica, lokalna. niestety dyskwalifikuje to miejsce zapach - podczas naszego pobytu smród kanalizacji był nie do zniesienia, cały czas musieliśmy zamykać drzwi do łazienki, bo nie dało się tego wytrzymać, a i tak smród przenikał do pokoju. podczas pobytu zaczepili nas inni goście, w których pokoju dla odmiany śmierdziało papierosami, więc sama nie wiem, co gorsze. jako że w hotelu nie ma personelu, nie ma nawet komu tego zgłosić. na szczęście dużo zwiedzaliśmy i mało przebywaliśmy w pokoju, ale na kolejny raz na pewno wybrałabym inny hotel.
