WiFi + Air Conditioned Warm and elegant apartment, located in the Cabanyal neighborhood, is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen open to the living room. It offers air conditioning and free WiFi. Its excellent location makes it a perfect option for a stay in Valencia since it is less than 5 minutes from the promenade, with a bus and tram stop a few meters away and very close to the Polytechnic University. The accommodation: Bright apartment located in El Cabanyal, 250 meters walk from the beach facing east, which allows you to enjoy relaxation due to its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea and to the time, given its proximity to the neighborhood of La Malvarrosa and universities, it has all the services of: bus stops, supermarkets, numerous restaurants and entertainment venues. This is an emblematic neighborhood, especially now, because it is undergoing a comprehensive rehabilitation of facades and interiors after being deteriorated in previous decades.
