Cozy apartment located 100m from the beach Cabañal unique neighborhood in Valencia. Located 50m from the Polytechnic University of Valencia area, along the promenade you can walk to the Royal Navy of the Port of Valencia, next to a large park. It is very bright and elegant apartment, decorated sailor style. Well connected by public transport to the center of Valencia (tram or bus). Perfect for short and medium stays

The master bedroom has a bed of 150x200cm and the other 2 bedrooms have beds 90x200cm . All within a bright atmosphere with carefully decorated to make you feel very comfortable during their stay.
