Industrial style lofts next to the Palacio de Congresos and the Valencia Fair. You will think you are in the heart of New York Soho at the beginning of the '50s. The Loft has design and spaces in the purest industrial style that will invite you to a totally atypical stay, outside the standards of rental homes. At the same time you will feel the warmth of home, since the apartment has all the services and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. It has a total area of 110 m² distributed over two floors. On the lower floor is the main room, made up of the living room and the open kitchen concept, creating a spacious and clear space so that you do not miss any detail. A wall formed by huge bamboo canes separates the living room from a double room with a bathroom.
