Apartment in the City of Arts and Sciences. The beach and the city center only separate it 15 minutes walk. It is located 1 minute from the Turia River Gardens where you can enjoy a pleasant walk or sports activities. At 100 m, we find two of the largest shopping centers in Valencia, Aqua and El Corte Inglés, with numerous restaurants, cinema, gym, top brand stores and supermarkets.  
  
120 m2 apartment. In it we can find a dining room with sofa, table, smart TV and a large terrace with tables and chairs. The very spacious kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The two bathrooms, both with a bathtub, have a hairdryer, towels, shampoo and body wash. The three bedrooms have spacious closets with hangers.
